Questa è insieme una barca nata per rimanere in porto e una casa senza fondazioni. Organizzata in tre zone chiaramente distinte, con una particolare attenzione allo spazio esterno come luogo di vita quotidiana, è concepita come parte di un sistema ma con la minima condivisione degli spazi. Il tetto a farfalla ospita un impianto solare termico, che consente l’autosufficienza energetica, e diventa anche luogo di fuga, di contemplazione, una finestra speciale sulla laguna.
This is a boat which is not intended to sail and a house which has no foundation. Clearly organized in three distinct zones, with a particular care for the outdoor space, it is conceived as a part of a system but with a minimum of sharing. The butterfly roof houses a solar thermal system which allows the units to be energically self-sufficient. And it is also an escape, a place to sunbath or have a deepest, special view on the lagoon.
