Una nuova chiesa nel cortile di un convento la cui storia risale al 1512. Un luogo in cui il silenzio e la luce naturale scandiscono i momenti di preghiera. Lo spazio sacro viene declinato per creare un ambiente intimo che accoglie i fedeli inginocchiati. Imposte e finestre basse assecondano questo punto di vista. Le proporzioni del tetto e la sua inclinazione descrivono una spazialità insolita, fatta di volumi essenziali e spartani, come la scelta del rivestimento esterno in mattoni. Un nuovo chiostro nel chiostro già esistente diventerà il punto di accesso dedicato e verrà costruito usando i due lati chiusi del complesso dando forma ad una struttura semplice.
A new church in the courtyard of a convent whose history dates back to 1512. A place where silence and natural light punctuate moments of prayer. The sacred space is tailored to create an intimate environment that accommodates kneeling worshippers. Shutters and low windows complement this perspective. The proportions of the roof and its inclination describe an unusual spatiality, made of essential and spartan volumes, much like the choice of external brick cladding. A new cloister within the existing one will become the access point to the new church and will be built using the two enclosed sides of the complex, creating a simple structure.
